We just went for our first time and LOVED everything about Memphis Spine & Sport. As soon as we walked in the front door, we were greeted by 2 receptionists. As soon as we got checked in, we were taken back into the room to go over the "first time visit" stuff. The girl was super nice, walked us through it all, made sure we knew exactly what we needed to know & then left us to watch a short video. Then the dr came in and went over everything she needed us to know. The appt was for my 13 year old, so she was sure to speak directly to him and answer any questions he had, which I really appreciated. The adjustment and laser treatments went over without a hitch, she told him everything she was going to do before she did it, told him where she would be touching him before she touched and made sure he was comfortable by it all! We already have our next appt in the books!
