Dr. Brian Trommeter, DDS

My grand daughter had a scheduled appointment today to have her braces removed.  She was terribly excited for this day to arrive.  My understanding via my wife who'd made the appointment several weeks prior, that our scheduled time was 1 p.m.  We arrived fifteen minutes early and I told this eight year old that we'd probably need to wait for several minutes before she was seen.  Turns out, our appointment was at Noon and we were 45 minutes late.  How this happened, I don't know.  Dr. Trommeter happened to be at the Front Desk when his booking secretary was telling us it couldn't happen today as they were about to be flooded with patients with their scheduled 1 p.m. appointments.  Dr. Trommeter overheard our frustration and said, he'd figure a way for us to be seen today and, sure enough, within an hour, I had a smiling eight year old no longer wearing braces.  We were happily relieved and it's this kind of attention to patient care that goes a looong way!  Thank you for providing excellent service.
