Dr. Lu and his staff were totally first class in everything they did from start to finish of the procedure. Any anxiety I had about having a root canal was completely wasted anxiety -- there was not even a hint of pain during the entire procedure. Dr. Lu took the time to carefully explain in detail the entire procedure before he began and made certain that any concerns or questions I had were explained and answered. He even called me the next day after the procedure to make sure I was doing ok. It was the best medical experience I've ever had.
