I'm 52, and have been experiencing what they call OAB. No leakage. Flow is generally fine. After I had made an appointment with Campbell (because Moreira in Nac wasn't taking patients at the time), I saw that he had a reputation for only being in it for the money, which I discounted because, sure, that's a valid reason to go into medicine - to make money. But I was concerned.

First visit to Dr. Campbell, without so much as even checking my weight, based purely on my description of my symptoms, one of his nurses (before I even talked to him) prescribed me 50 mg. (the highest dose) of Myrbetriq. When he finally came in the room, he was pushing for something called "Cool Thermo Therapy," again, without knowing me or my condition at all.

When I went back a month later (after a month of Myrbetriq) despite one of the side effects being high blood pressure, they didn't bother to check my blood pressure (or anything else). He came in the room, sat right in front of his Cool Thermo Therapy poster, and proceeded to push that on me again. Said I was a "perfect candidate" for the therapy, without knowing anything about me, physiologically. 

Where there's smoke, sometimes there is fire. I'm going with Dr. Price (or Dr. Moreira in Nac when he begins taking new patients) next time I need a urologist.
