Dr. Munroe was pleasant and informative during my visit with him.  He prescribed a medication for my condition.  After taking the medicatoin, I experienced a severe reaction which lasted more than 24 hours.  Despite multuiple calls to Dr. Munroe's office to report the reaction and to ask for alternative medication, I never heard from him.  He never called to inquire as to my condition nor.  As such, he did not offer any continuity of service.  In addition, his assistant refused to allow me to speak with him.  I was left no choice but to seek another medical professional to whom I needed to have my records transferred from Dr. Munroe's office.  Dr. Munroe's assistant was extremely uncooperative in transferring my records.  Multiple calls by me, by the new medical provider and even by the office of a colleague of Dr. Munroe's went ignored for more than a week.  The assistant was rude and completely unprofessional.  To make matters worse, my multiple messages to the office manager at Dr. Munroe's location were also never returned.  This is unacceptalbe and inexcusable.
