What I Do I have been serving women and their families as a midwife for more than 30 years. I provide prenatal care to low and moderate risk women in pregnancy. The prenatal period is a special time of learning as the baby grows. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental presence to each visit. I offer prenatal education that meets individual needs and goals in pregnancy. I see pregnancy as a normal life process that needs support, and I hope to empower women as they step into motherhood. I also deliver babies in a gentle, calm, supportive manner. Why I Love My Work I enjoy working with women of all cultures. I learn so much from other belief systems and ways of being.
