I called to confirm my time and date of my appointment and was immediately meet with an attitude by the receptionist. After repeatedly informing the receptionist of my name and date of birth, I was immediately put on hold but not before I heard “See this is some bull$:#<“. The receptionist came back to the phone after a few seconds to confirm my time and date of my appointment, however after hearing that profanity, I decided to cancel since I know no longer felt comfortable. I was immediately told, “You should have told us that before making us waste all that time looking for your appointment. It’s only two of us here and we are very busy.” Very scary.
