I must express my disappointment with the office staff of Dr. Bijan Sorouri. As a prospective new patient, I have been calling their number 302 453 9171 every day since the past two weeks. There was no answer except for the voicemail that kept assuring callers that someone would call them back. In my case, no one ever called me back. One day, I actually called in the morning (9am), afternoon (2pm) and early evening (4pm) and I never got a returned call. It was the same experience today (08/16/2023) at about 9am. But this time, I left a harsh message, asking what kind of a doctor’s office they were operating. And guess what? To my utter amusement, I promptly got a returned call although with a terse message from a woman telling me that they were not accepting new patients. Yet, the details of Dr. Sorouri's office on the Aetna website states boldly that they are accepting new patients! So, what really are they up to?
