Dr Tangirala took my concerns seriously when my eGFR went down 5 points in a year when my PCP said she wasnt concerned and was dismissive.  Turns out i had kidney cancer.....which Dr Tangirala found after a simple ultrasound.  I thank God for Dr Tangirala.
