To be fair, the doctor herself is fine.  Very sweet and nice.  Unfortunately you have to deal with her office manager for appointments, insurance, billing etc.  I have never met such a rude office manager.  He will not even let you get a word in edgewise and if he dislikes the way the conversation is going, will hang up on you.  He actually said I was not a patient of theirs until I bought a hearing aid from them,  Even though they had performed all of my hearing testing. He did not disclose my portion of the costs to me even though he said he would before they ordered and then when I would not take delivery because the cost was much too high, the doctor called me back the next day (on a Saturday) to convince me otherwise.  She finally agreed they would reverse the claim.  Over 3 weeks later the claim was still not reversed and my health insurance had to step in and pull the dispersed money back from them.
