I have had the worst communication with Dr. Malone’s office. I had a hemorrhoid removal surgery yesterday, and have been trying to reach out to them to discuss the unbearable pain I’ve been in, and I’ve been to the ER already where they could not do anything. I was told I’d receive a call back from Dr. Malone’s assistant, and have not heard back from anyone, and when I called back my third time, I was told she had gone home for the day!!! Not to mention, they were supposed to reach out to me to schedule this procedure I had, and I had to reach out to them several times to be able to schedule the procedure. I am still in unbearable pain, no luck at all reaching anyone. Very upset!!!!!!
