I waited for almost an hour for a schedule appointment as his front staff were tardy . They are very rude and disorganized  it’s been over 2 weeks and they won’t release my evaluation where this DDS stated I have an infection in my implants and my bone graft is failing. They have delayed my treatment with my oral surgeon and are not co operating  in sending my notes over  not the X-rays . I was told they don’t floss during any routine cleaning and the hygienist did a lousy job too.

It's been 1hr and 45min since my appointment and I'm still waiting to be called. I asked the clerk at the front desk and she told me I was next but since then, they've called several names. 15 more min and I'm walking out. 1st time here and likely my last.  Asked again and got told it would be another 5min. 
Update- After 2hrs of waiting I decided to call it and left.
