I don't know quite how to approach this review. Fortunately there were two of us there (I brought my spouse) so I have affirmation of my own impressions.

On the strength of a lot of good reviews, I made an appointment with Dr. Andrulot, presenting with chronic shoulder and neck pain. As I mentioned above, there were two of us sitting in the waiting room. He came out, never looked at or acknowledged us, not a word, sat down at the receptionist desk about 4 or 5 feet from us, and noisily wolfed down a sandwich. It seemed right out of an SNL skit or eerie movie. When we went into the treatment room, we spoke about the condition and he worked on my problem area and it definitely seemed helpful. He was surface-friendly but if we met him socially we'd have probably cut out right away. Very odd. His affect was strange and his responses to my questions were from outer space. Twice throughout the conversation he said "That's your problem, not mine." I asked what I could do for next steps. He said he could give me a bunch of papers that I could look at, as if that was a joke. I asked if he would book another appointment with me and he responded something to this effect: "That's up to you; I don't need it -- you do."  The strangest medical provider I've ever encountered. This was the only time I'll see Dr. Andrulot so that's all I have to report to you. If there's an alternative to this guy for you, I'd consider that first.
