Dr Kaplan presents as a very young Dr. so I was a bit wary upon first meeting him after my Dr. of 30 years retired. Dr Kaplan quickly dispelled any reservations I had and has proven to be compassionate, very bright, super knowledgeable about current medical treatments and has a wonderful bedside manner.
