I moved to Florida from NJ and needed a new family doctor.  I found Dr. Birgani on the internet close to my residence and made an appointment to see him. He spent time to ask about my past and did not rush the visit. Based on my visit, he made few recommendations which all made sense. He checked my heart with special equipment and did other tests. My previous doctor in NJ would not check my heart or give advice that Dr. B gave me. I definitely suggest Dr. B for all new patients.

Simply lacking in professionalism.  Dr. B did not stay on top of the further medical assessments offered by the very doctors he referred me to for care.  Upon return the Dr. B, he was reading the referral reports in real-time as I sat in front of him.  He called in his office manager to berate her (in front of me) for the reports not being in proper date order!  What does date order matter if they are weeks old.  Simply an overall unprofessional operation.  With this display of behavior, I found a new primary care provider.  Dr. B's office staff called me over a year later "to check on me."  Nice.
