We called this Doctor's office to make an appointment since we were moving to Corsicana for my wife's thyroid problem. We were told before we could make an appointment we had to fill out an application, What? We have to pass the application process before being accepted as a patient. I am 50 yrs old and have never heard of this bs. We are going somewhere else!!!!
