Your first appointment with Dr. Rinkoff is a ~45 minute consultation where you tell her everything about your relevant history, what you're looking to achieve, and any problems you're having. She's great and works with you if you're less than confident about having your bones cracked. After the initial consultation, the appointments are so much shorter, really only 10-15 minutes each. It does seem rushed, but not necessarily in a bad way and she'll definitely answer your questions or do a touch-up if the adjustment didn't fully happen the first time. I'm really enjoying my sessions and hope that it will make my back->neck->arms->hands better over time! 

Also, I should mention that Angie, Dr. Rinkoff's assistant, is very helpful and always quick with responses!
