This doctor, has got to be one of the worst I’ve ever seen. She was condescending, had that whole higher power mentality. Had no clue why she was evaluating me for MS when I went in for something different. She was rude had no bedside manners. Went over my MRI with me in the receptionist area computer for other patients to hear. Told me I had a tumor and I needed to have brain surgery , proceeded to write scripts after scripts and handing them to me, telling me don’t take this with that it will cause heart attack. Make sure to schedule your apt with surgeon for a biopsy and brain surgery. Keep in mind all the while i was standing on the outside of the counter where you check out and she was in the receptionist area!! So her receptionist and other patients heard my “ info”!! I was crying!! Sobbing actually! Over the news, the manner in which she gave me the news! Turns out 3 other opinions later to include the radiologist who did my mri I had NO TUMOR ANYWHERE!! In fact when she saw my mri, the radiologist still hadn’t written up his report on it. So can you imagine whose mri she had me look at and what horrible HORRIBLE bed side manners she had! She caused me months of anxiety!!   I would give her ZERO stars if I could!

I would highly encourage anyone thinking about visiting this practice to think twice. For my initial appointment,  I met with the nurse practitioner. She requested that I fill 5 vials  of blood for testing. I have always had an issue giving blood but made the attempt. I couldn't even fill one vial. I left a voice mail at the main number, asking for more guidance and whether there were certain tests we could prioritize. Never received a call back. So, I called back and spoke with the front desk receptionist, JoAnne. She was extremely rude, never explained why I didn't receive a call back, and asked for my contact info (which they already had) so that she could pass my message along. Never heard back. Of course I am going to another provider, but if you expect excellent customer service and to actually receive care, I would not recommend this place.
