Dr. Avi was my primary care physician for several years. This last year he misdiagnosed a potentially life threatening issue. Not only did he get it wrong but refused to sign FMLA paperwork when I needed to take time away from work. He claimed he couldn’t sign it because he did not diagnose me with anything. I then demanded a referral to a specialist who diagnosed my illness and scheduled me for surgery within a few weeks. Unfortunately too little too late for me to save my job, but at least once I was in good hands I was taken care of medically. This man is dangerous and careless. Stay away for your own good.
