Office manager was not accommodating, accusatory, and rude at front desk in front of customers when approached about our 2 1/2 hour wait for this visit and previous visits. Last 2 1/2 hour visit we found out after our extremely long wait that the office was out of vaccines. When asked why we weren't called ahead of time or told at the time of check in about the office out of vaccines so we can reschedule, we were informed that they don't have the staff to make the calls. My last 4 visits were over 2 hours each. Seems they have enough staff to keep you waiting for 2 hours or more. We were also accused of lying about our wait times to include being told we were not in the office for the last visit. Office manager Marie is not only ill informed but accusatory, rude and unapologetic. Have been going here for 8 years because Dr. Rodriguez is awesome. It's a shame we have to leave this office due to the incompetence of some of the staff.
