First contact person comes across as uneducated and dis-interested.  Despite a very specific request for an Endodontist, this location does not actual have one.  Their title name is mis-leading. How can this be the specialty if the only endodontic work they perform is only on single root teeth? They outsource anything more complicated. I spent an entire morning getting an appointment and filling out paperwork to find out they could do nothing for me. Something that the front desk should have known or at least had the sense to check, prior to having me come in.  As I said, I had a very specific referral for a very specific procedure, which I explained up front.
