Dr. Ariella Aliza Friedman, MD

Not a review on the physician herself, but of the office staff at the Desert Ridge location.  After my initial appointment was made, I was called and told that the appointment needed to be moved up 2 hours.  When I rearranged my work schedule and showed up at the appointment early as requested, I was told that my appointment was 1.5 hours later and that I had confirmed with a phone call earlier that day.  I never received a call changing the appointment.  After waiting for an hour to hear if the doctor would be coming in, they told me she was going to be even later.  Never even offered to reschedule my appointment in the first place, which would have been better.
