On top of the receptionist, Shirley, being rude, she purposefully omitted information necessary for me to know before my appointment. To make matters worse, Shirley informed me the day before my scheduled and CONFIRMED appointment that the office charges a $250 “cancellation fee”. I reached out to the office on Tuesday where they confirmed my insurance was up to date. My appointment was originally scheduled for Friday. I was made aware of the new two-hour duration of the appointment, the $250 “cancellation fee”, and the additional preliminary questions on Thursday (today).
