Doctor :Anu Baweja

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic due to poor scheduling, communication issues, and lack of reliability.

I had an appointment, but when we checked in, they claimed we had canceled it—despite us only calling to reschedule (but ultimately keeping the original time). Even after showing them the confirmation text from that morning, they refused to acknowledge the mistake, and we were forced to reschedule.

On another occasion today, they canceled our appointment and pushed it to the following week just because we were 4 minutes late.

We also had lab work ordered through them, but Quest Lab sent us back 3 times, saying they never received the order from the doctor’s office. Reaching their office is a nightmare—they’re almost impossible to get on the phone, and every time we do, they say, ‘Our system is down.’

Their system is always down or their printer doesn’t have toner..
What kind of medical office they have!!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this has been the worst doctor’s office experience we’ve ever had.

Never ever go to this clinic.
