I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, I was uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities. The biggest red flag for me was when the phlebotomist grabbed my urine sample cup with bare hands—this is completely unsanitary and unacceptable for a medical practice.
Additionally, I needed a doctor’s recommendation to visit another practice due to my insurance requirements. I was told it was a simple process, but it required an in-office form. I visited the office on four different days, at various times, ensuring it wasn’t just closed for lunch, yet it was locked every time with no sign or notice. They also stopped answering their phone, and I spent over a week and a half trying to reach them with no success.
This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patient care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and sanitary healthcare services.
