Biography

Dr Veerappan is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Madras in India and completed his residency at LaGuardia Hospital in New York, an affiliate of Cornell University. He further trained at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Specializing in pancreatic biliary endoscopy, Dr Veerappan has extensive experience with minimally invasive endoscopic procedures. He has been practicing privately since 1992 and is on staff at Washington Hospital.
