I have been seeing her for the past 6 years, and my life has become amazing since. She isn't one of those "how does that make you feel" cliche typical counselor. Instead she allows you space to go through whatever process you have, with loving and accepting support. Also phone visits are free with insurance, so you don't have to worry about spending money for each session.
