Entering the hospital building felt a bit nerve-wracking at first. However, as soon as I approached the check-in counter, I was greeted warmly by a friendly receptionist with a reassuring smile. She shared that she herself was a patient of Dr. A. Ylenia Giuffrida for treatment of her hands, which immediately eased my nerves. The other staff members who assisted me in preparation were equally kind and helpful.

When I finally met Dr. Giuffrida, she introduced herself in a calm yet confident manner, accompanied by a gentle smile. She quickly grasped the condition of my thumb and diagnosed it as a trigger finger. Using a plastic model of the hand bone structure, she provided a detailed explanation and answered all my questions with professionalism and clarity, without any hint of impatience.

Dr. Giuffrida administered a small but effective steroid injection, assuring me that I would start feeling better within a few days (I already feel much improved overnight). I am incredibly pleased with the outcome! Thank you, Dr. Giuffrida, for your expertise and care.
