Needed a PCP looked on Aetna app to find one that was taking new patients and was close to home. Found Angela McCoy and I took a chance to see if it would work out. First visit wasn’t too bad had blood work done and would have to come back a few weeks to talk about the work. Tried to get authorizations for my medication and took her/office awhile to approve. I get charged for every medication she has to approve….. my copay is 15$ end up paying $100+ each time I call her to approve my medication. I would not recommend unless you have take to waste and money to burn. Every time I have called her/office it has been a waste of time. They take down what my concerns are and relay it to her. Asked the office to have her call me back and still no phone call to follow up with my concerns….
