Dr Hwang has been my daughter's pediatric urologist for about 5 years.  He is exceptional.  He is always going above and beyond for all of his patients and while he is explaining something he looks at her to make certain she understands what is being discussed.  He doesn't just speak to me, as the parent, but includes her in the conversation.  I would refer him to everyone I know. He is an amazing Dr, with a caring and outstanding bedside manner.  His office Staff are also very responsive, kind and considerate.  You never are made to feel like you are bothering them.
