I have been struggling with deep depression and wasn't sure what the next steps were to get support. I scheduled a meeting with the provider and met with Andrew Bodmer. He listened to my symptoms, and experiences, and asked me relevant questions about my life and what I was hoping to solve. The way my depression was spiraling I couldn't get out of it on my own but Andrew gave me hope by giving me an explanation of what he thought was the root cause of my issue. He prescribed me a medication and within two days I started to feel the effects, and within a week I was able to start pulling myself out of the downward spiral. This experience has made a significant positive impact on my life and I'm truly thankful for the service I was given, but also that someone actually cared to listen, and helped me find a solution that is working. I know not all solutions come with the first try, but because Andrew asked about my past history, and listened, I'm thankful that we found a good solution on the first try.

Drew Bodmer is an Awesome medical professional and I have recommended him numerous times. He listens to my concerns and fears with compassion and understanding. He orders only the tests that are required for that moment and has always followed up no matter the result. He communicates clearly and thoroughly. He has a wonderful demeanor and has always been respectful to how I view modern medicine which is not always with a lot of trust. He has done more for me than any other physician in helping me to understand and navigate both my fears and lack of trust in allopathic medicine and deciding the right course of treatment is needed.

I greatly appreciate Providence allowing me the flexibility to change doctors in order to have a doctor at a convenient and safe driving for me location. I had just seen a new to me doctor. He was the only doctor available at that time but his office was at the hospital which is a long stressful drive for me. He was an excellent doctor!! But when a doctor became available at the Bridgeport location which is much closer and a safer drive I chose to have Dr Bodmer as my Primary Care doctor. I GREATLY appreciate that I could do this!! To me this showed the respect Providence has for me as a patient and person.

Provider was good, professional, sincere. No complaints! I haven't called Providence for after hours care in a very long time (many years). I was surprised that it wasn't a provider with my regular medical office. However, everyone was professional and skilled, intake person (first call) and RN also. I will followup with primary care but really need to see a rheumatologist, still trying. Very difficult to get appointments in rheumatology (almost impossible) which is true everywhere, not just here.

I am diabetic and just recently my husband and I both were diagnosed with covid. We both were very very sick. My video conferencing with Andrew bodmer was not very assuring. He seemed detached not at all my experience with my primary care doctor who always makes me feel cared for and listen to. I have had a lot of anxiety about getting covid and Andrew bodmer was not the PA to help address my fears. I know a engaged caring provider when I see one and he did not strike me as that kind.

This clinic is new for me in the last year or so. I am happy with my overall experiences so far. I like that there is a lab, Imaging, and urgent care all in the same building. The doctors and nurses I've met with have been good. I appreciate, the iContact when talking with me rather than typing everything on the ever present computer in the room. The receptionist and phone contact I have had has been especially helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

Andrew Bodmer is a caring, wonderful provider who takes time and is respectful and helpful. I never feel that he "talks down " to me. We generally communicate online, and he's always very prompt in response to any question that I have. My primary care provider is seldom available for me, and Andrew is a wonderful addition to the team. I have started going to him as a first choice. He also has a lovely sense of humor.

My care provider IS my care provider ! I daily enjoy good health because Dr. Bodmer is right there always encouraging me to take care of my health, knows my problems, how to treat them, knows me-knows my strong points and my fears-is always there-if I my chart him, i usually receive an answer before the day is over-when it is quite important to me, i can usually count on an answer within an hour or two

Great provider! I felt he listened and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. I also felt he made sure I understood and had everything I needed to help my illness and what to do if I got worse. He knew my history and I didn't have to try and explain so much, I knew he looked at my chart and even though it was my first time seeing this provider I was confident in his knowledge of my history.

Andrew Bodmer has been my primary physician for over 13 years. With my mental health challenges he has always been wanting to help and understand where I am at. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and have done so. He's cares and it's difficult to find a physician who knows you, your history and extremely cares. He makes suggestions which I find to be very useful.
