She is a present/friendly person; but it is difficult to schedule an appointment with the Doctor in a reasonable time frame to effectively treat the illness.  She is grossly over booked thereby forcing patient to deal with a variety of nurse practitioners on serious matters. Does not spent enough time with patient to understand full scope of the problem
