This is the highest rating I can provide to a doctor.  This is the 3rd year of our going to Dr Usmani.  At times in the past there were staff turnovers that seemed to affect the quality of the service provided by the staff.  However, this year, I couldn't be more pleased with the Truderm staff that is in place.  Although I have never had a doctor that saw me promptly at the appointment time (so 5 stars could never be given on that), I have not been unreasonably inconvenienced by waiting in her office.  She does not rush from patient to patient, but takes her time to listen and makes sure she addresses my concerns.  Her billing department is also very cooperative and understanding with issues related to insurance billing. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
