While the staff members were courteous, I must express my significant disappointment regarding the handling of my paperwork. I submitted it on April 16th, and the email indicated a turnaround time of 48 hours. A considerably longer period has now passed without any updates or communication. As this matter was time-sensitive, the delay has unfortunately caused unnecessary stress. I respectfully suggest improving communication, particularly concerning important documents. Furthermore, I am quite disappointed with how the doctor is managing this situation. I was instructed to drop off the paperwork on the 24th, which I did, and I have yet to receive any communication from the doctor's office.
