I felt at east the minute I walked into the office as the staff at the front desk were very friendly.  Then the nurse who met me in the examining room also made me feel at ease and welcome.  Dr Chen then came in and was very friendly and very thorough. She made me feel so at ease.  I was given her name by another doctor's office so wasn't sure what to expect, but the staff and the doctor were above my expectations and I'm very happy with this practice.

I never leave reviews but this experience was so awful I have to...First, I had two appointments booked for my two children.  Both were seen at the same time since the office was running behind.  Dr. Chen was rushed, rude and difficult to understand.  She thoroughly embarrassed my teen daughter in front of my teen son.  It was the most terrible appointment I have ever had with any physician.  Save the trouble and see a different doctor from the start.
