Nurse as well as Dr. Amy were the most respective, caring, gentle providers I've came in contact w/in some time. They both took time to sit down and answer any questions and or concerns I had about the issue I was experiencing. Dr. Amy sat down and explained everything she would be doing during my procedure. She even went as far as pulling out a diagram and explained where and what she would be doing. Both of them knew how nervous and concerned about my issue. Dr. Amy was very gentle when she was taking the biopsies. It was very painful procedure and they were able to distract me by talking things like the upcoming Valentines Day. Once the procedure was complete again they both seemed very caring and concerned about me. That goes along way w/me. I was raised to treat others as I want to be treated.
