Amy was excellent. She listened to my concerns and developed a plan I could stick to. I saw results within 3 weeks of seeing her, weekly, on something I guessed wouldn't budge for months. She has excellent bedside manner and is thoughtful and kind. But most of all, she's very effective. You also have to do the work and come to the appointments, but if you go, you will get results. She has availability and is able to work on multiple issues at the same time (huge bonus!). Additionally, she educates me (when I ask) on how issues are connected and on how I can help myself, in addition to the works she does with me. I refer all my friends and coworkers to her. I strongly recommend her.
