Dr. Amy Ruth Copeland, MD

Amy Copeland, MD, is a surgical oncologist treating gastrointestinal cancers such as stomach, small bowel, colon and appendix as well as soft tissue and retroperitoneal sarcomas. She is experienced in treating cancers that have metastasized within the abdomen with complex cytoreductive surgery and intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Dr Copeland also utilizes minimally invasive and robotic procedures to help patients recover faster and with less discomfort. Dr Copeland is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care for patients, with a philosophy centered on open communication to create treatment plans that respect each patient’s goals and values.
