Dr Silva has performed three eye surgeries on my very difficult right eye in the past nine months and has performed miracles.  He is the best there is and on top of that, is a humble and kind as a top notch surgeon can be.  He truly cares about his patients and the gratitude I have for his services is inexplicable.
