Dr. Bhatt is very unprofessional and unethical. User beware to go to this clinic. When you check reviews, please look at all the 1-star reviews and check Yelp reviews since a lot of operations buy google reviews now to cover up the 1-star reviews. They only have two yelp reviews since it's hard to buy reviews on Yelp. It is absolutely abnormal to only have 2 reviews on Yelp if they really have positive customers since most people write reviews on both Yelp and Google. So you got the idea.

I started visiting this clinic in 2023 and Dr Bhatt told me 11 of my teeth needed compsosite on the gum line which other dentists never mentioned. After visiting 2-3 times for teeth cleaning, since she seem very soft spoken so I believed her and let her put composite on my teeth as she suggested. It was Dec 2023 and Jan 2024 in two operations. The composite of one of the tooth came off on 23 Aug 2024 immediately after she cleaned my teeth. I saw it and called back the clinic after I got home that day. Dr. Bhatt should have known she knocked off that composite but did not tell me on-site. The office asked me to go back on 29 Aug 2024 to "fix it" and Dr Bhatt agreed without charge on-site. Dr Bhatt and her assistance did a rough job and caused me pain in the process, water frequently splashed on my clothes and neck . It was a terrible experience.

On Nov 27 2024, the composite on the same tooth came off again. Composite installed properly should last at least 5-10 years. But a simple composite filling in this clinic keep falling out. I checked with my insurance and realisted Dr Bhatt actually claimed my insurance on Aug 29 which she is not supposed to double claim on the same procedure on the same tooth. I called the clinic and Dr Bhatt never call back. Since I do not trust her and will not go back to her clinic so I requested a refund on the whole composite installment job, she refused. Now, I have to go find a new dentist to check and fix the mess she made.

Earlier in 2024, she also persuaded my hubby that he has cavities while no other dentist mentioned that to him before.  Since Dr Bhatt did the composite on his cavity, he has constant pain and discomfort. Now, my composite keep falling off, we are quite sure her work quality is bad. We are going to a new dentist to check everything and document everything. We reserve the right to report her and sue her for damages

On Dec 6, I asked  her clinc to send me all the X-ray that they took for my family. Our previous dentist, can all do it immediately or within 24 hours. Sai Dental said it will take them 48-72 hours. I never received it until today, Dec 12. The X-ray they sent are all very blurr that I cannot even read the name and date under each X-ray. I am still requesting them to send a reasonable quality of X-ray that future dentist can even see. I also not sure if they sent X-ray for my whole family or just two people. I requested to get all the X-ray we have ever taken in Sai Dental back and I am still waiting for confirmation what did they just sent.

I needed 3 cavities to get filled and as always, Dr. Bhatt and her staff took care of me in the most professional and comfortable manner. I’m not a fan of dental work and have always been picky when it came to the right dentist. Dr. Bhatt has been amazing to work with her soft touch and has been my family’s dentist since 2015 and will continue to be just that!
