Dr. Testa was very nice. He was very informative & answered all my questions. His nurse, Angela Calendar, not so much. When my insurance denied the claim to perform surgery, they mentioned about a peer to peer review. The nurse said "We don't do that". Also, she was very quick to mention how much the surgery would be as a cash pay, several times in fact. FYI, the cost for a breast reduction is almost $11k.
