Dr. Banks was friendly enough and I felt that she spent quality time with me.  However, the first time that I was notified about a balance due from this appointment was from a collection agency!  I did not appreciate that at all because I pay my bills as owed.  Attempts to contact someone in Dr. Banks' office were frustrating; the phone rang several times before forwarding my call to voicemail.  I was not allowed to leave a message, but instructed to dial the number again.  Very poor customer service!
