I scheduled my 1st appointment with Allison. The office emailed me said I had a copay but when I called my insurance they said I did not. Then Allison said I needed to have a card on file to be seen. I asked why since I do not have a copay. She said incase I no show the 1st one is free but additional ones are charged to my card. I haven't even had my 1st appointment yet. Maybe require the card on file after the 1st free no show. I felt this practice was dishonest and requested to cancel my upcomming appointment. Online it says they do in patient appointment but when I tried to schedule the 1st to meet her she said she is only virtual. I wouldn't have left this review if Allison had not texted me the next day to tell me I did have a copay and that I might want to check that. Not my idea of a Mental Health Professional she might want to check her bedside manner.
