Allison Gagliardi-Hernandez

I've been seeing her for about three years, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. Finding a therapist who can validate your feelings while also being real with you is something truly special. She makes me feel heard, understood, and a lot less "crazy" when I'm questioning my own feelings or experiences. 😂 Sometimes you just need someone who can help you realize that you're not overreacting and that your feelings are valid!

She's been there for me through pregnancy, postpartum, and so many different challenges along the way. She's helped me develop coping mechanisms for my anxiety and given me tools that I can actually use in everyday life. I appreciate that she's honest with me without making me feel judged, and that she can validate my experiences while also helping me see things from different perspectives.

After three years, I'm incredibly grateful to have someone I feel comfortable opening up to and being completely myself with. A good therapist can make such a difference, and she truly has for me. If you're looking for someone compassionate, genuine, understanding, and real with you, I highly recommend her!
