This doctor said he was going to inject with cortisone. He did not charge Medicare for that, but instead charged for dexamethasone. I have had dexamthasome many times with no problem, so I know he added a pain killer of which I am horribly allergic. At home later, I was in agony. Calls and messages to the office were never returned. When I looked online at what was in my record to find out what he used there was nothing written about that nor anything else related to me. Shortly thereafter access to my record was blocked only leaving me access to pay the bill.  Dr is neither truthful nor honest.
