I had high hopes for working with Alice after our initial consultation, which went well. She mentioned that although she is out of network with my insurance company, she could provide a superbill for me to file a reimbursement claim. However, after reflecting on whether we "clicked," I felt hesitant about scheduling a follow-up appointment and wanted time to process the reimbursement claim.

Three days before our next scheduled appointment, I emailed her to cancel and to request the superbill from our first session. Unfortunately, she did not respond. A week later, I followed up with another email, but still received no reply. I then decided to text her to let her know that I had reached out via email. She replied that she had not seen my emails and assured me she would send the superbill in a couple of days.

Despite her promise, I did not receive the superbill, so I contacted her again through text and email. After these attempts, I received no response. At that point, my interest in establishing a therapeutic relationship diminished as my trust in her was compromised. I also felt frustrated by what I perceived as a lack of professionalism. 

Overall, my experience with Alice was very disappointing, and I would not recommend her.
