Dr. Alexander Victor Chaban, DO

I transferred from Providence Oregon in 2021 and after some difficulty getting accepted into the program (Covid related openings), I was seen by Dr. Chaban who was completing his training at the teaching clinic. I was very pleased with the care that I have received and took advantage of the opportunity to follow him to his new assignment at the Lacey Clinic. I'm 66 and considering his age, I told him that unless circumstances dictate differently, I will be his patient for the remainder of my life, for that I'm very grateful. I enjoy him and think he's a wonderful Doctor, he has a very pleasing manor. I was very pleased with the treatment that I received from my previous Dr, so I feel that I've been fortunate.

I want the Dr who took care of my dry itchy dry ear problem of over a yr to know that I am so thankful for his concern in seeking an answer by looking on his medical book and asked advice of a colleague who was a skin specialist. I have GREAT news, the ear drops he prescribed, Fluocinolone Acetonide Oil .01% Is working !!!! It has been almost 2 weeks but I will continue it for 3 as suggested.THANK you Dr for understanding my frustration and digging deep for an answer.

Dr. Chaban has provided me with excellent care, I'm very pleased with his attention to detail and overall concern and that he is caring for me. The overall healthcare situation through Covid for a variety of reasons has been very difficult and understandable. I belief that Providence is providing services to the best of its ability considering the circumstances. It appears that things are getting better, albeit, never at the pace that is acceptable to most.

My personal experience was from start to finish, a lot to put on any doctor. I had a few concerns that we discussed. The appointment was the beginning of my addressing issues that needed medical treatment.I left with instructions of the plan, Tests, and X-rays were needed. The doctor was very thorough, and was able to give me confidence . Dr, Chaban and his staff were professional, friendly, and excellent in the quality of care I received .

Dr Chaban has evolved from a new inexperienced resident physician into a polished physician with very good provider to patient communication skills. He comes prepared based on previous visit discussions with a well thought out care plan. He's reassuring, and explains the reason behind the treatments, prescriptions, and any referral needs. I know he's moving on to another clinic, they are lucky to have him!

My healthcare was switched from Providence Oregon and this was my initial/new patient visit. Wanting to enjoy a seamless transition to another provider was the reason for selecting Providence Washington. Unfortunately, it took me a month of calls to get the appointment which was scheduled 3 months out. Overall, I was pleased with my visit with Dr Chaban.

Dr. Chaban has been absolutely fantastic. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. I hope providence makes a concerted effort to retain him upon his completion of residency. I've been seen by other residents before, they definitely aren't as good.

Dr. Chabbon is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to your concerns. He explains his remedy clearly and precisely.I am hoping to continue as Dr Chabbon patient for many years to come.He is a wonderful doctor!

We have been coming to this office since my pregnancy almost 5 years ago and commute about an hour for each appointment. We make this sacrifice because we love this care provider & feel heard every time we visit.

Dr Chabbon is very kind and a dedicated dr. My husband and are praying that we will be able to continue with him for our future medical needs. He has a wonderful future ahead of him because of his caring .
