Dr. Tiu (pronounced 'chew') is very thorough in his diagnosis and spends a great deal of time with all of his patients so they understand their situation.  His office staff is simply terrific!  Be prepared to spend some time waiting as Dr. Tiu will take the time to ask each patient about their progress with the treatments he prescribes.
