If I could give 1 star I would. Horribly run office. NEVER saw the pulmonologist. this is a rip-off, charging for a specialist that is NEVER there. The owner Aimee French OVER books TWO offices & should NOT be an AETNA provider. I should have known when on my first visit, 3 patients were SCREAMING at the staff for things not being handled. I was shocked & thought they were being unkind--until I experienced Aimee French's terrible business practices. I feel so sorry for her staff. She obviously does NOT care, she is never there-as a patient you will NEVER see a pulmonologist. Run!! She obviously under pays, poorly trains, overworks the decent people NP & Nurse--just a very incompetent & BAD business owner. You will fall through the cracks here despite an NP that truly cares but can't cover for an incompetent absent Dr. Office staff is nice but poorly trained. Not only did I experience terrible care but I witnessed other's falling through the cracks like an elderly man with no family there to defend him being automatically told by poorly trained front desk, after a PRE-OP needed test, "OK, so we'll schedule your follow-up in a few weeks"--he was going into surgery!! Unconscionable practice by the owner, poor training, over booking and NOT doing clinics and seeing patients herself, is on HER as the owner of these 2 clinics. Pick any other place besides here. I don't know why she is not doing her job & caring about patients but it was frustrating for me & heart-breaking to see elderly, vulnerable patients under this Breathe Clinic's care. I did not get any of the tests I actually needed & have to start all over with another REAL pulmonologist. SHAME!!!! btw, first time EVER complaining about a Dr or a any business. I am very patient & understanding but patients should be warned to stay away from this provider!!
