Laparoscopic Surgery
Laparoscopic surgery is a kind of minimally invasive surgery using a thin, narrow tube called a laparoscope. Usually performed on the abdomen or the pelvic region, the surgeon makes a few very small incisions instead of one large one.

Dr Hittelman’s level of care is unprecedented, he’s been my daughters pediatric urologist and surgeon since birth. Preforming her 1st surgery at 30 days old, now 6 years old while she’ll still see Dr Hittelman for biyearly visits she’s in perfect health. Dr Hittelman is an amazing surgeon, amazing provider, and he was just as amazing with my husband and I as he was our daughter. He truly cares, about the entire family. He’s personally and and quickly returned phone calls to this frantic Mama all hours of the night when I’ve called the on call service. No matter how big or small it seems to be he never makes me feel like my concerns are invalid or made to feel I’m overreacting.
